Express Blended Learning is targeted for busy managers, supervisors and senior professionals who need to learn about a particular topic and to pick up some basic knowledge and skills for their "just in time" needs

HMM10 has a total of 42 modules on various management and personal skill topics, developed by credible faculty from Harvard Business School.
STM has total 8 modules on various supervisory and management topics, developed by credible faculty from Harvard Business School.
Typically, per module, one takes about 2 hours to conduct self study online.

Client company can choose out of 42 or 8 modules, based on relevancy to specific needs of target audience and unique company priorities, and implement face to face reinforcement follow up training sessions.
We implement short and focused (typically 1/2 day) face to face follow up training sessions to further reinforce the knowledge and skills learnt through discussions, case studies, skill practices and exercises tailored to each client company.
Prior to each of the face to face training session, we would advise the target participants to start studying the specific online modules about 1 month prior.
To ensure optimal learning results, we typically work with a small class size of 12 participants per session.

In addition to the selected topics where they would attend face to face following up training sessions, participants can access all the other modules based on their individual unique needs any time and anywhere, making the learning flexible and personalized.

This blended learning approach has been successfully launched in Europe and the US with a no of multinational companies.
In Hong Kong, we have successfully launched "Express Blended Learning" in 2006 for a multinational insurance company's middle management team from cross departments. In 2007, we have further implemented the program for a renowned listed company in Hong Kong. Going forward in 2008 and onward, we will continue to implement this program for several major companies and organizations in the pipeline.
