Our comprehensive coaching approach involves:

Client Orientation - conduct initial meetings with the coachee and coachee's management to establish the need for coaching, expectations and limitations
 
 
Coachee Assessment - utilize assessment tools such as 360 feedback questionnaire, personality and leadership profiling instruments appropriate for the specific coaching focus, to identify strengths and areas for development.
 
 

Define Coaching Objectives – establish clearly defined coaching objectives and performance improvement measures

 
 

Establish Coaching Plan – produce coaching plan detailing frequency and duration of coaching sessions, coaching methods and support resources required. Coaching intervention typically lasts from 3 to 6 months

 
 

Conduct Coaching – coaching typically takes combination of various forms including face to face coaching, tele-coaching, on-job observations and feedback, and role rehearsals

 
 

Evaluation of Performance Improvement – report will be produced on results of coaching during and at the end of coaching intervention. In addition, tailored performance improvement measurement method(s) will be Content of coaching however, will remain confidential.
