At ResourcePlus Ltd has a strong and dynamic team of consultants who all have at least 15 to 20 years solid training and development, organizational change, performance improvement and HR management experience gained with reputable multinational companies in various industry sectors – including financial institutions, insurance companies, manufacturing, Hi Tech, pharmaceutical, government departments, regulatory and public organizationsAll consultants have extensive experience working cross culturally in Greater China and the Asia Pacific region, and can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Ms JM Tam
Is a veteran HR professional with over 25 years solid experience.
She specializes in HR Policy Development & Review, HR functional review & audit, Compensation & Benefits Review, Recruitment Consultancy, Organizational Review and Executive Coaching.
Prior to consulting , Ms Tam has assumed Senior HR Executive roles with renowned companies including NEC, Hong Kong Telecom CSL, Hutchison Global Crossing, IMC Pan Asia Alliance where she was stationed in Shanghai, China. Ms Tam has a MSc in Organizational Psychology with the University of London.
Mr WM Ma
has over 25 years experience in the HR Development profession.
Prior to consulting, he has assumed Senior Executive HR Development
positions with HK Securities & Futures Commission, GE Capital,
American Express Ltd.
Mr Ma is well
versed at working with multinational audiences from industries, and has
travelled extensively in the Asia region especially China. He
specializes in Management Training, Team Alignment & Facilitation,
Competency Profiling & Development, Customer Relations Management
and Executive Coaching. He has BA from University of Alberta, Canada.
Mr YH Chow
has over 20 years experience in the HR Development profession in Asia especially with ample experience in China. He has both in-house HRD executive experience working with renowned multinational companies as well as multinational HR & Training consulting company. He has assumed Senior Executive HRD roles with Standard Chartered Bank, AIG, DuPont and DDI. He has worked with multinational audience and travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific Region, especially China.
Mr Chow specializes in Senior Leadership and Management Development, Team Alignment & Facilitation, Train the Trainers, Communication & Influencing Skills, Customer Service Skills Training and Executive Coaching. He has MBA from Nottingham University , UK & BA in Organizational Behaviors from Lancastor University, UK.
Ms YW Mak
is a veteran HR Development professional with over 20 years experience. She has assumed Senior Executive HR roles prior to consulting; she has worked at Morgan Stanley Asia Ltd, Hong Kong Bank, and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. It is worth mentioning that during her capacity with the Hospital Authority, she was instrumental in implementing a organization wide culture change and training program that was award by the American Society for Training & Development "Best Training Award", first ever awarded to an organization outside of domestic USA.
She specializes in Organizational & Change Management, HR Performance Management Consulting, Competency Profiling & Development, Senior Team Alignment & Facilitation, Leadership & Management Training, Presentation, Influencing & Negotiation Skills training.
Ms Mak travels extensively in the Asia Pacific region and has worked with executives from different companies and from different cultures. She has a MBA from SouthEastern University, USA.
Ms L Wan
specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership & Coaching Skills Training for managers, Performance Management & Team Alignment Facilitation.
She has over 18 years solid business experience gained with multinational companies; prior to consulting, she has worked at senior executive position as National Head of Financial Operations and National Head of Commercial Insurance Operations with Australia's largest insurance group IAG. She has also worked in Australia, Singapore, China and the USA.
As a consultant, in addition to her dynamic coaching & facilitation style, Ms Wan can bring a wealth of solid , personal business experience to executive clients and teams.
Ms Wan is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Coach, an ABNLP certified Master Practitioner, and CPA (Australia). She has a Bachelor of Business with Credit, University of Technology Sydney.
Mr O Lo
is a versatile consultant with over 15 years experience. Prior to consulting, he was a business manager in sales and marketing, his last corporate capacity was regional head of sales and marketing with a European Pharmaceutical company. In addition to sales skills and sales management training, Mr Lo is also well versed with facilitating other training programs in Sales Negotiation, Presentation skills, Communication, Team building, Customer Service & Telemarketing skills.
He has also coached Distinguished Salesman Award contestants in preparing successfully for the contests.
Mr Lo travels extensively in China and Taiwan in training executives and staff from various companies and industries. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, Hong Kong Institute of Marketing, and associate member of the HK Institute of Human Resource Management. In his earlier career, he had received formal Trainers' Training in Germany.
